Our client is a very well respected, healthcare organisation with a workforce of over 2000 people based globally. They are currently on the lookout for a talented People & Culture officer to join them on a temporary basis for 8-months.

**The Role**

As a People and Culture Officer, you will be first point of contact for employees based in Australia and APAC, providing coaching and mentoring on queries such as onboarding, recruitment, engagement and remuneration review. You will be working within a high performing team whereby you will respond to employee enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring a high-quality service is provided. You will collaborate and build strong relationships with different stakeholders within the organisation including senior managers.

**The Criteria**

To be successful in this role, you meet the following criteria:

- Must be immediately available.
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a HR or Customer Service Function.
- Strong attention to detail especially when working with data.
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to escalate matters when appropriate and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience with Workday would be desirable.
