Talent Focus is seeking a motivated and positive procurement officer for our client within the pharmaceutical sectors.

As the integrator between the internal stakeholders and external business,

you will play a crucial part of the Procurement department, using your previous skills and knowledge to deliver above satisfactory results.

**The Role**:

- Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement.
- Reviewing, comparing, evaluating, and approving products.
- Providing analytical support and recommendations.
- Maintaining and updating suppliers.
- Assist with the engagement of the business in procurement (including the maintenance of supply database, other reports as requested and reporting of KPI's.)
- Regular review the price agreement with existing supplier according to the sales trend and market scenario.

**About you**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with KPI's.
- Experience in a similar role within a procurement department (highly desirable).
- Positive working attitude.
- Time management skills.
- Mandarin speaking skills (highly advantageous)
