**Practice Manager - Consulting Suites - Hobart Private Hospital**

**Part Time (0.8 FTE - 30 hours per week)**

Hobart Private Hospital is seeking experienced Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our Administration Team.

Hobart Private Hospital provide consulting suites for numerous leading specialists, physicians and surgeons.

**As a Practice Manager in our Consulting Suites your responsibilities will be follows**:

- Five years experience in medical practice, preferable with experience as a practice manager.
- General computer skills.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship management skills, ability to deal effectively with people.
- Flexibility and initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage staff and work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of private health insurance gap cover requirements
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively to meet the needs of a diverse practitioner group.
- Practice management / billing software skills.
- Ability to identify confidential issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Vulnerable People registration
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
- Ability to work as an effective team member.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
