About the organization:
People2people have partnered with an Engineering firm who can boast of a long, trusted reputation in the QLD market and are currently going through positive change after an acquisition. Focused on building a culture of quality and support through their people - they are looking to bring on board an expeirence HR generalist to help drive support, initiatives and culture through results. They offer leading technology solutions and global expertise which provides the perfect foundation for their partnerships in the marketplace.

The opportunity:
Reporting to the HR Director, while working closely with Line Managers - you will be assisting and supporting the full employee lifecycle while working as part of collective team to identify initiatives, opportunity and streamlining tools to help drive productivity and culture within the organisation. As they are going through positive transformation, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR initiatives and projects - assisting with the transition from a centralized HR function to an integrated, value adding HR Business Partner model.

Selection criteria:

- Tertiary HR qualification coupled with previous experience in a HR Generalist role
- Experience in supporting blue & white collar teams with experience / exposure to unions
- ER / IR experience is required
- Previous experience in system mapping and implementation would be highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement & liaison skills - building solid internal relationships
