The opportunity:


Reporting to the Director, you will be assisting and supporting the full employee lifecycle & working closely with Business Unit Mangers and Team Leaders.

As they are going through positive transformation, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR initiatives and projects - assisting with the transition from a centralized HR function to an integrated, value adding HR Business Partner model.


Selection criteria:

  • Tertiary HR qualification coupled with previous experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Experience in a blended work environment exposure to Unions would be adv.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement & liaison skills building solid internal relationships
  • Experience / exposure to ER / IR is highly advantageous
  • Effective communication / interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and computer literacy
