The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will form part of a strong, supportive and collaborative HR team. Managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle while interacting and working closely with Line Manger to achieve objectives, outcomes and productivity while building culture and working on exciting projects.

Selection criteria:

HR qualification coupled with generalist HR experienceExperience in supporting the full employee lifecycleThorough understanding of legislation and awardsEmployee relations experienceStrong communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experienceComputer literate – MS Office Suite and HRISBenefits:
