The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator is responsible for delivering a fair and competitive CTP Scheme with choice, ease and confidence for the SA community. The CTP Regulator has oversight of monitoring and reporting CTP Insurer activities and is responsible for the premium setting process. These activities ensure that a fair and competitive Scheme is maintained, improving Scheme performance for motorists and injured people.

**Job Summary**
The Risk and Compliance Manager uses their experience in strategic risk management to lead efficient and effective Risk Management and risk-based Insurer Compliance functions. The role has a strong focus on continuous improvement of the Risk Management and Insurer Compliance frameworks. The role is accountable to the Director, Analytics and Performance.
To be successful in the role, you will be a strategic leader and thinker with exceptional stakeholder management skills to deliver results and maintain strategic direction. Your demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, be objective, and make fair and evidence-based decisions will be required to lead the Risk & Compliance team to deliver on its objectives.
**Special Conditions**
This is a 24-month term position. Some out of hours work may be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The incumbent may be required to be assigned to another position at the same classification level across the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). The incumbent will be required to participate in the CTP Regulator’s Performance Discussion Program.
