NIDA Theatres features a modern suite of state of the art theatres, foyers, rehearsal spaces and reception rooms for hire.

In order to offer our internal and external clients with a quality experience, NIDA draws upon a team of reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking casual employees to provide exceptional customer service throughout the events.

The Front of House Assistants are engaged to perform a variety of the following roles and/or tasks associated with; box office, bartending, food and beverage attendant, front of house duties, reception and usher.

Casual development opportunities may also be included, such as Front of House Supervisor, Bar Supervisor and Corporate course food and beverage attendants.

The pay rate as a casual working at NIDA on events within the NIDA Theatres & Events Department range from $35.95 for Front of House attendants, to $40.25 for experienced Front of House supervisors. These rates include the 25% casual loading, but exclude the 10.5% superannuation that is also paid.

**Requirements
What we’re looking for**

At NIDA we seek out reliable and professional casual employees to provide exceptional service. You will have a positive attitude, the ability to remain calm under pressure and possess excellent communication skills.

We are looking for individuals who are able to offer us flexibility and work a variety of hours depending on our operational requirements and who are willing to work with short lead times.

Experience in the hospitality, events and/or performing arts industry will be highly regarded.
