This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team where you will work alongside the other Principal Consultant Learning and Development who will also be 0.5FTE. Key aspects of the role include collaborating with our senior leaders to implement a new leadership development program, and preparing for the roll-out of a new Learning Management System.

As the Principal Consultant Learning & Development, you will identify, develop, and implement corporate learning and development initiatives and programs to ensure SALHN develops the skills, knowledge, and capability to fulfil its strategic objectives. You will inspire and motivate staff and leaders to learn and develop through effective partnership and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Highly developed skills in analysing stakeholder and program related training needs and the development and implementation of appropriate strategies.
- Proven ability to manage projects, including identifying performance outcomes, planning activities, and setting priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Strong interest and aptitude in using technology to enhance learning and development.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
