Event Crew assist with the setup, pack down and running of different types of events. Working under the directions of the Event Manager/ Coordinator.

Typical activities include:

- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Setting up tables and chairs and other furniture.
- Installing chair covers, sashes and other table linens.
- Setting out materials such as program books, menus, place cards and favors (if required).
- Placing centrepieces and setting up other decor.
- Assisting with expo events and/or brochure distribution.
- Assisting to help take down events, cleaning up and clearing away post function mess.
- Taking inventory of all items (upon set up and pack down).
- Assist with event registration/ check-in and directional assistance (if required).
- Required to report any lost or damaged items/ issues to the Event Manager.

Events can occur during the week, over weekends and may include late nights. You must have your own transport. Looking for people with a great can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task.

Must be a fluent communicator and possess good customer service skills. Works well in an agile, fast-paced environment. Bump in/out shifts can be throughout the Sydney Metro area and hours can vary.

We prefer for you to have access to a reliable source of transport and offer parking for all bump out shifts.

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees will be required to adhere to both the company's COVID safe requirements, and also venue COVID safe requirements when onsite.

Application Question(s):

- Please note that a bump in shift could run from 2pm to 5.30pm and the bump out could be from 11pm to 1am. You will need to be available to commit to both. Can you do this?
- What is your weekly availability? Are there any days of the week that you are NOT available? Most events will be from Thurs to Sun. Please specify below if this would be an issue?

**Experience**:

- Event/ Hospitality/ Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
