As they continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

As a Maintenance Planner at with our, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's physical infrastructure, including offices, warehouses, and storage facilities. This involves handling tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, extend the lifespan of equipment, and optimize operational efficiency.
- **Emergency Response**: Coordinate and respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly, ensuring the safety of employees and the preservation of company assets.
- **Vendor Management**: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services when necessary, ensuring quality work and cost-effectiveness.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain a well-organized inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, and tools to support efficient operations.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Generate reports and present maintenance updates to management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

**Qualifications**: To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a demonstrated track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Trade qualifications, including facilities management qualifications or trade qualifications.
- Previous management experience is desirable.
- Preferred experience with Retail, Production or E-commerce warehousing operations
- Ability to diagnose issues, propose effective solutions, and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members, vendors, and management.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain documentation.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality of maintenance work and adherence to safety standards.
