We are seeking a Marketing Engagement Officer to contribute to the production of marketing and
information resources, and to the day-to-day operations of the Hillcrest Marketing Department.
This is a full time 6-month contract with potential to extend. Immediate start.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION - MARKETING ENGAGEMENT OFFICER**
ROLE
The Marketing Engagement Officer is responsible for ensuring that all Hillcrest communications via social media
platforms, the College newsletter, parent communications, the Hillcrest website and promotional materials from
the College, are effective, professional and accurate. This role contributes to the production of marketing and
information resources, and to the day-to-day operations of the Hillcrest Marketing Department.
As a key role in College life, the Marketing Engagement Officer will act with the utmost integrity and humility,
reflecting their Christian faith and submission to the Lordship of Christ in all they do.
To support the College’s ethos and the cornerstones, demonstrating this through personal example; interaction
with colleagues, students, parents and the wider community, in their management and in contributing to the
community of the College.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
- The Hillcrest community, parents, students and staff
- Directly to the Marketing Manager
- Ultimately, to the Executive Head of College.

KEY LIASONS
- Students and staff
- External providers of relevant services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Degree in Marketing, Communication or Design.
- Experience in in written communications gained through formal education or prior experience in a similar

role.
- Experience in photography and graphic design would be highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of a variety of social media platforms and their use.
- Positive Notice Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
- Right to work in Australia
