Market Leading Service business based in Kemps Creek is seeking an experienced Customer service representative to join their busy & friendly team on an 6 month assignment with an ASAP start

**The Position**
- Handle customer enquiries regarding service, parts and orders
- Match serial numbers to orders
- Managing and resolving customer issues
- Process orders and record customer information onto SAP
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- Update customer account information
- Other general administrative duties
- Extensive Customer Service/Call Centre experience
- Experience using the SAP system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail, fast and accurate typing speed
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
- Highest level of professionalism
- Available to commence ASAP
