**The Opportunty**:
Ready to take your Human Resources career to new heights? We're on the hunt for a People Coordinator to join our Major Projects People team in Pyrmont, helping us deliver first-class HR services and initiatives to the Major Projects division. This national business unit is currently constructing some of Australia’s most iconic and challenging infrastructure projects, including the M7/M12 Interchange, Rozelle Interchange, and the Westgate Tunnel. This role is the ultimate HR generalist role, and will be responsible for the following:
- Support all facets of the employee lifecycle to contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience
- Prepare people related documents, presentations and data for employees and managers
- Support leaders in employee relations matters
- Support the redeployment and internal mobility process for employees
- Engage/liaise with major project teams and provide ad hoc HR support as required
- Provide support to the General Manager/People for HR administration tasks
**About You**:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2 years HR generalist experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and relatable to employees and all levels of leadership
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Work collaboratively in a team and manage different stakeholders
- Genuine passion for employee engagement and delivering meaningful diversity and inclusion outcomes
