As a People Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the operation of our team and with your essential support to our HR people at the coal face will enable them to achieve. You will be the engine room that provides an exceptional experience to our childcare Services, who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the children in our care everyday

**What you will do**:

- Manage HR Inboxes and respond to queries
- Approve contracts for new hires
- Co-ordinating the updates to HR Policies and procedures
- Managing all people reporting including building and optimizing dashboards as required
- Scheduling meeting and events
- Assist with 1st level employee and manager enquiries
- Manage probationary employee processes
- Manage HR Systems
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required
- Assisting with internal and external enquiries

**What you will bring**:

- Degree in related HR field
- 2 yrs+ in an HR coordinator position
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Enviable attention to detail
- A need to meet deadlines without exception
- Ability to turn ideas into processes and get things up and running
- Project Management skills (desirable)
- Experience in childcare environment (desirable)
- An analytical mind or just a curiosity about stories behind the data
- Smiles and jokes when under pressure
- A contagious lust for learning
- Being a positive leader and role model
- Empathetic and thoughtful
- Open and honest - be yourself at work
