**A little bit about the company**:
A unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of prestigious and luxury homes and apartments for a private landlord. This role will see you work across the North Shore, Inner City and the East to oversee a mix of tenanted and owner-occupied furnished properties. This is a busy and varied role that will see your days filled with challenging and rewarding tasks that would best suit a property management professional who is looking for a flexible work arrangement and fresh career challenge.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
The role will see provide a full-service property concierge service including catering, tenant management, property styling and maintenance. Manage the existing property managers to ensure all inspections, lease renewals, rent reviews and outgoings are processed on time, along with overseeing the day-to-day management of a collection of luxury private residents occupied by the Landlord.
- Manage gardeners and cleaners and monitor stands of work
- Procure furniture, grocery, and household items
- Manage all repairs and maintenance
- Prepare properties for occupancy
- Arrange housekeeping for properties once the family vacates
- Manage the presentation of properties to maintain a modern and stylish appearance
- Issue invoices to accounts team, manage warranties and house related expenses
- Point of contact for external property managers and building manager
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Experience managing high end residential properties
- A customer first attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A clear police check and employment references
- A valid NSW drivers licence and reliable car
- Flexibility with availability as hours required may vary from time to time
- Experience obtaining quotes, working with trades, managing maintenance
- The ability to discreetly manage private and confidential matters
- Punctual with communication to provide regular updates to the Landlord
