In light of an internal promotion, we're thrilled to open up a new opportunity for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Learning and Performance Officer.

The People and Culture Office (PCO) is an integral part of the business strategy and decision-making process. We are a team of collaborative HR professionals, focussing our efforts on strategic and operational programs and services that support staff and organisational objectives.

You will sit within our dynamic and innovative Organisational Excellence and Growth division with the opportunity to work and collaborate with a variety of talented and welcoming colleagues.

The Role

As a key team member reporting directly to the Learning and Performance Manager, you'll leverage your proactive mindset and exceptional organisational abilities to fulfil various administrative responsibilities. From assisting the promotions committee to streamlining training processes, this dynamic role will keep you engaged and challenged.

This role involves coordinating committee activities and managing administrative tasks, such as:

- Supporting coordination and delivery of training
- Assisting in the development of training materials, presentations, and resource
- Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Liaising and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to gather information and streamline processes.

What you’ll bring to this role

As our new Learning and Performance Officer, you will be ready to hit the ground running, fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, you enjoy a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills can flourish, while displaying a keen passion for people and driving a positive culture. You will have;
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a committee or HR setting,
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines,
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software,
- Great communication skills in both written and verbal; and,
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
