Our Team

The People and Culture Office (PCO) is an integral part of the business strategy and decision-making process.

We are a team of collaborative HR professionals, focussing our efforts on strategic and operational programs and services that support staff and organisational objectives.


You will sit within our dynamic and innovative Organisational Excellence and Growth division with the opportunity to work and collaborate with a variety of talented and welcoming colleagues.

Your Role


Reporting to the Learning and Performance Manager, you will bring your progressive attitude and outstanding technical skills to play a vital role in coordinating the conception, creation and implementation of comprehensive learning and performance initiatives and programs tailored to meet our business requirements.


Utilising various learning approaches such as digital and e-learning, workbooks and toolkits, as well as face-to-face methods, you will play a crucial role in enabling Murdoch University to fulfil its strategic goals.

What you'll bring to this role


As our new Learning and Performance Consultant, you will be ready to hit the ground running, fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, you are creative, tech savvy and ready to join an organisation where your skills can flourish, while displaying a keen passion for people, wellbeing and driving a positive culture.

You will have;

  • A graduate qualification or ongoing progress towards one in education, HR, organisational behaviour, psychology, or a related field.
  • A track record of supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of digital learning, elearning and learning and development programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with a talent of inspiring participants within a blended learning environment.
  • Applied knowledge of contemporary and innovative learning and development models, theories, and practices.
  • Experience with SCORM packages, LMS and other elearning platforms (Workday Learning and LinkedIn learning is desirable)
