**About the Role**:
As the People & Culture Manager, you will lead the process in one of DGEX's strategic pillars by attracting, retaining, and developing quality talent. You'll ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities, establish systems for grading and recognition based on our core values, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth. Your role is pivotal in supporting our people and culture initiatives, aligned with the values and goals of DGEX.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attracting and retaining quality talent
- Establishing role clarity and accountability throughout the organisation
- Implementing systems for grading and recognition based on core values
- Developing succession plans and emerging leaders programs
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and internal transfers/promotions
- Providing support to managers on employee performance issues
- Ensuring conducive office environments for a positive culture and workplace effectiveness
- Maintaining a high employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) across the business
- Implementing strategies to promote overall harmony and teamwork
- Formalising the Employee Value Proposition and collaborating with Marketing for promotion
- Designing and maintaining effective HR processes and services
- Managing employee records and HR-related matters (excluding wages/salary information)
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HR policies/procedures
- Supporting business managers on people-related issues
- Contributing to organisational design and strategic initiatives
- Participating in leadership team meetings and providing timely reporting to management and the board
