We are looking for a passionate and motivated service manager to lead our clinics and teams of allied health professionals and manage the clinical operations of our clinics.

The role is a part or full-time role with a mix of admin and management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Clinic Service Manager, you will:

- Manage the multiple clinics overarching operations to ensure they are run efficiently and smoothly
- Lead the team to ensure systems and processes are followed.
- Identify and facilitate further development of the administration team's knowledge and skills and provide training for the team to continue growth
- Provide and/or source on-going training and resources to keep the allied health team up to date with their skills.
- Assist in business development and marketing, including contributing your own ideas and networks to create business opportunity and grow the referral base.
- Assist the therapists in processes to improve quality of care, time management and patient retention
- Manage business expenses and assist in increasing practice income to ensure a viable and profitable business
- Recruiting new staff and assisting with HR procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with directors to manage practitioner performance, including keeping track of numbers and achievements.
- Improving internal processes, future-proofing policy/procedures and ensuring these are upheld throughout the business.

**Key Requirements**:
To be successful in the role, you will need:

- Experience in the health industry
- Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills.
- Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards clients and co-workers with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Business management experience (desirable)
