Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team at Bankstown.

As a Clinic Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and leading a team of beauty therapists, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance and achieve personal and team KPIs
  • Coach and lead a team of beauty therapists to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage clinic operations, including reporting and presentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (with extensive training provided)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
