**Your new company**

Located in the West, family owned and operated, my client specialises in bespoke joinery solutions for the residential market, including high-end boutique homes, multi-level apartment projects and volume builds. They also complete work across a range of commercial industries such as health, education and retail. Operating for 25+ years, they have built a name for themselves in the industry, fostering long-term builder relationships and winning repeat business time and time again. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Cabinet Vision Drafter to join the team.

**Your new role**

My client is seeking an experienced Cabinet Vision Drafter (preferably from a Shopfitting/Cabinet Making background) to complete tasks such as:

- Read and interpret architectural plans, collaborating with the team to determine client requirements and job specifications
- Create precise and detailed joinery drawings using Cabinet Vision, ensuring these match with the allocated budget and pricing
- Liaise with production teams to ensure drawings have been completed accurately, with mínimal errors in the transition from design to manufacture
- Produce shop drawings and cutting lists for production, and accurate cabinet designs for client sign off

**What you'll need to succeed**

The below skills are required to ensure you are able to maintain the expectations of the role:

- High level of confidence with Cabinet Vision Software, with experience creating drawings
- Experience as a drafter on Shopfitting/Cabinet Making projects
- A trade background in Cabinet Making is strongly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role with a problem-solving mindset
