Working in partnership with the Production Team, Lean and Manufacturing specialists, and Designers, they require an enthusiastic Supervisor / Manager with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a team of operators to drive the folding & gluing department forward.

**Duties**:

- Conducting daily meetings to support and oversee all system requirements in relation to folding and gluing
- Proactively motivate and coach operators, lead by example while encouraging others to raise concerns
- Help with preparation and operation of glue & folding machinery
- Supervising of gluing assistants
- Drive manufacturing and production processes with Lean & CI specialists as well as SHEQ - safety first culture
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and monitor your own and team KPI’s
- Manage all work packs, and ensure delivery of all products meets the customer deadline dates

**What is required**:

- People skills, good communicator
- 5 years + experience operating a Folder Gluer Machine
- TAFE or time served
- Ability to effectively change processes and drive operational change
