We currently have an opportunity for an** Associate, Calculations **to join the **Customer Response Initiative (CRI) **team within the **Wealth Advice Remediation portfolio**, in a highly valued analytical role.
The Calculations Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the CRI Calculations Function allowing the Actuarial Analysts to focus on performing specialist tasks which are critical to achieving program objectives.
**What you will be doing**
- Supporting the calculations team planning, milestone tracking, risks & issues management
- Providing support with general reporting functions (as required).
- Working with relevant stakeholders to source critical product data required to perform calculations.
- Ensuring workflow systems are promptly and accurately updated by the calculations function with performance of control testing and delivery of training or feedback as required.
- Monitoring the calculations team inbox and ensuring queries are promptly directed to relevant team or staff member for action.
**What you will bring**
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, financial planning and/or remediation environment would be well regarded.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills and strong organisational skills.
- Great self-management skills with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team with a high degree of accuracy.
- Superior organisational skills with ability to prioritise and at times multi-task different and at times competing priorities.
- Superior written communication skills with the ability to create documentation based on the audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with various level of internal stakeholders.
