**Team & Opportunity**

Joining a newly created team, this role will be responsible for platform administration activities required to on-board and service AFS licensees and their advisers on our Super and Managed Investments platform. As part of the establishment of this function, this role will play a vital part in the implementation of the Adviser Platform target operating model. This role will liaise with other business teams to provide licensees and their advisers with a high level of engagement and service.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Responsible for timely and accurate platform administration activities required to on-board and service AFS licencees and their advisers on our Super and Managed Investments platform (including KYC and AML/CTF activities), playing a vital role in the implementation of the Adviser Platform target operating model. This role will liaise with other business teams to provide licencees and their advisers with a high level of engagement and service.
- Key project stakeholder tasked with implementation of administration function which includes process flows, end to end business testing, training and procedural documentation, consideration of risks and compliance obligations, and operational readiness.
- Demonstratess a strong and consistent knowledge of platform administration operations and obtains an end-to-end knowledge of the operational processes being supported. Understands details driving the operational processes and the adviser/member impacts. Proactively identifies and leads process initiatives to gain efficiencies and improve quality. Recognizes roadblocks and resolves to maximize team impacts.
- Identifies and leads internal control framework improvements to ensure continued compliance and timely issue detection. Implements risk process improvements and adheres to various control standards to ensure compliance.
- Builds strong strategic relationships as a thought partner across the business teams to resolve complex operational issues.
- Develops depth of platform and operational knowledge through increased functional experience and serves as a resource to the team to share expertise. Cross-trained in all critical team functions and capable of supporting operational coverage as needed. Develops others by providing coaching, guidance and on-the-job training.
- Ensures accountability for comprehensive documentation of operations procedures and drives process improvements.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties, as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree and/or Professional Certification (CFA, MBA) preferred.
- Experience/exposure to operational transformation projects preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of business related experience preferred. Operations and Adviser related experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, research, problem solving and time management skills required.
- Proficiency in Operations procedures and knowledge of adviser operations workflows preferred.
