**Full time role at an Australian fashion business established for over 70 years.**

With over 70 years at the forefront of the Australian fashion industry, our legacy is built on excellence, innovation, and a deep understanding of the art of fashion accessory manufacturing. We are currently seeking a Fashion Production - Customer Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This exciting role bridges our world-class production capabilities with our esteemed clientele, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and unparalleled product satisfaction. You will work closely with some of Australia’s largest fashion brands and department stores.
- Key Responsibilities:_

**Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed about production progress, managing their expectations regarding timelines, and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain proactive, accurate and timely communication with customers to ensure quality customer service is delivered.
- Generate weekly WIPs to aid in communication with customers
- Coordinate regular electronic newsletters to update customers on trend forecasts and new designs

**Production Insight**: Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of fashion accessory manufacturing to translate technical jargon into understandable language for our clients, ensuring clarity and confidence in our processes.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, including sales, design, production and marketing.
- Ensure alignment on production timelines and priorities between customer and production team
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communication

**Problem Resolution**: Employ your analytical skills to identify and solve production challenges, aligning solutions with client expectations and our operational capabilities.
- Utilise a team-based approach to problem-solve issues encountered in production to ensure customer’s needs are met

**Relationship Building**: Cultivate lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional service, contributing to sustained business growth and strong partnerships.
- Going ‘above and beyond’ to service customers and to gain trust in our processes

Your strengths:

- Communication Mastery - Exceptional ability in both verbal and written communication, capable of simplifying complex production concepts for diverse audiences.
- Production Experience - Solid grounding in fashion accessory manufacturing processes, familiar with the common challenges and standards of quality.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: - Innate ability to tackle production issues creatively, ensuring solutions meet client needs without compromising quality.
- Customer-Centric Approach - Demonstrated history of excellent customer service, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in a similar role or fashion production is a plus
- Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes in the fashion industry is a bonus

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
