We are currently looking for an
**Interface Lead** to
** **support the successful delivery phase interface between the Sunshine Systems Alliance (SSA) and other third parties to support successful delivery of what will be one of the most iconic projects in Melbourne, the highly anticipated
**Melbourne Airport Rail (MAR) Project**

The role will be responsible for planning and tracking the design and delivery interface activities between SSA, other MAR packages and external stakeholders like VicTrack, ARTC, V/Line and local council. It will also be responsible for managing MTM governance processes particularly in the disruptions space and stakeholder management, supporting the collaborative resolution of technical and non-technical issues to ensure the best outcomes for the SSA and MTM.

This is a unique and exciting role as you will support various projects and gain exposure to multi-disciplinary teams this will enable you to further your experience and develop a long-term career with Metro.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Support the development, delivery management, and review of progress against plans to ensure they are on schedule and take effective remedial action as required.
- Support interface definition steps management, negotiate timelines and deliverables with stakeholders in SSA/MAR, across Metro and with various council, regulatory and government representatives
- Be the main point of contact for information sharing between the MTM Interface team and the MAR program level team and implement lease boundary changes where required and subsequent interface agreements and asset allocation planning and implementation
- Support the management of disruption occupation, works readiness, subcontractors, train control, signalling, financial reporting, programming schedules, dashboards and reporting, working closely with the MTM occupations and engineering teams
- Ensure all Works Readiness deliverables directly relating to the Occupation are achieved according to timelines, driving continuous improvement with a focus on optimisation of the network and streamline standardised processes.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent (e.g. project/construction management qualification)
- 3-5 years’ experience in site construction delivery phase or project management in rail/infrastructure projects or similar multi-discipline industry on a large scale (or complex) projects
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across multi-disciplinary organisations
- Ability to schedule work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to whilst managing complex situations, having solid problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally & written will all levels of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, ability to write reports and manage time effectively.
