**Customer Service Consultant - Aboriginal Identified Role**

Our Client is Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. Right now they are looking for a **Customer Service Consultant **to join their friendly team based at Scoresby, VIC.

You will work as a part of a Customer Service Team, and will deliver exceptional service to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist with customer quotes, product information and general enquiries
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- **Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander**:

- Ability to work the hours Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 5.30pm
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Attention to detail
- Computer experience is essential

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with the experience and aspiration to work in an industry-leading and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
