**The role**:
As the Contract Quality Advisor, you will contribute to the success of South East Water by ensuring the contractual compliance of contractors with standards and specifications relating to safety, environment, quality and customer. You will be required to action works field auditing, improving contractor performance, overseeing non-conformance management, contracts administration and identifying business process improvements.

**Who are you?**:
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have;
- Relevant trade qualification or experience with contractor or asset management
- An understanding of the construction, repair or maintenance of water, sewer and recycled assets
- Basic understanding of network operations
- Experience or qualifications in ICAM
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant environmental practices
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors.
- Basic project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Driver's license is essential.
