The Role

As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible in providing a high calibre of administration support to the Management and staff at the site.

Reporting to the office manager this is a permanent part time role offering 22.8 hours a week based in Spring hill, Brisbane.

You will successfully;
- Accurate correspondence, documentation and presentations are prepared as requested.
- Meeting agendas and minutes are completed and filed
- Supplier and general finance queries are responded to and actioned as required.
- Contractors are organised when requested to ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Office equipment is maintained with adequate supplies available
- Data is entered into various databases as required

You will have:

- Qualifications in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrated relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience using a range of systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- QLD Working with Children Check mandatory
- A Current QLD Drivers Licence
- A Current Fist Aid Certificate

Salary is in accordance with - SCHADS Social and Community Services crisis level 2.1
