**About the Company**:
APS have partnered with a leading Manufacturing Business to assist them in finding an administrator who is an EXCEL EXPERT

This role will at all times provide professional support in the areas of Payroll, Accounts Payable, Reporting & general Office Support to internal and external stakeholders.

Administration Support will be required to cover the daily span of hours for the site to assist employees, customers, contractors and visitors in various roles as the first point of contact. The incumbent will have the ability to follow complex instructions with high attention to detail, adaptable to changing business requirements and question change.

This position has the potential to transition to permanent with the client directly within 6 - 12 months.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Reconciliations.
- Responsible for the preparation of the weekly & monthly management report and statutory financial statements for all entities.
- Coding and review of all Accounts Payable invoices & processors.
- Daily banking and petty cash reconciliation.
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies.
- Investigating payment discrepancies.
- Process payroll.
- Preparation of month end reports.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Preparation of reports and meeting agendas.
- Preparation of financial reports.
- Lodgement of BAS & PAYG returns.
- Assist in preparing office events, and celebrations.

**What you need to succeed**
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role, ideally working within bookkeeping sector.
- Clear understanding of Fairwork legislation.
- Experience with end of month processing.
- Must have experience with payroll and/or bookkeeping.
- Strong administrative skills and experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organisation and attention to details.
- Ability to multitask & prioritise workload.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to problem solves and display initiative.
- Advance - Microsoft Excel skills.
- Must have own reliable transport.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday ongoing.
