Commercial Property Manager

We're on the lookout for a driven and committed individual to become an integral part of our clients team, responsible for overseeing a varied commercial portfolio in the Melbourne inner city region. If you boast a solid history in property and asset management, possess exceptional communication and organisational abilities, and thrive on delivering outstanding client service, then this opportunity may be tailor-made for you

Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage a mixed portfolio of Commercial Office & Retail assets, predominantly in the inner eastern suburbs
- A warm portfolio of circa 150 tenancies
- Managing leases including negotiations and renewals
- Monitoring rental arrears and adhering to arrears KPIs
- Conducting rent reviews
- Conducting routine inspections
- Financial oversight and reporting
- Addressing maintenance concerns and coordinating with tenants and landlords
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in Property Management within the Commercial sector
- Familiarity with Cirrus 8 is highly advantageous
- Have extremely polished communication skills
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
