We are thrilled to be involved in the journey of helping RayGen scale up their business over the coming months, facilitating growth and building the team’s capability to deliver large-scale, world-first engineering projects.

As a result of project demand, we're currently seeking an O&M Manager to oversee processes and teams supporting their projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing an Operations & Maintenance framework for current and future projects
- Day-day management of site operations & maintenance function
- Monitoring and managing O&M cost expenditure.
- Actively managing escalations from field staff to Head Office experts
- Reviewing work quality of O&M team

**Requirements**:

- 5 years' experience within an Operations and Maintenance function
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience
- Ability to influence teams across multiple locations nationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management ability
