**About the role**

As a team member, you will be responsible for delivering horticultural & green keeping services that ensure our Parks and Open Spaces are maintained and improved to enhance the appearance of our city

On a daily basis you will:

- Undertake a variety of park maintenance tasks required for the successful completion of the functions of the park’s services team, to ensure the long-term management, condition and usability of assets and facilities under the care of the team.
- Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other tasks as directed, to assist other parks teams and operational areas, particularly in wet weather or other emergencies to meet community needs.
- Ensure correct completion of all necessary administrative functions (electronic & paper-based).

**About You**

As the team member, you will be adaptable, have a great attention to detail, be punctual and have excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a current NSW C Class license
- **Essential**:

- Possession of a White Card
- **Essential**:

- Asbestos Awareness

- Traffic Control License (TCR)

**What’s on offer**:
This is a Permanent Full-Time position.
- Monday-Friday
- 6:30am-3:00pm
- 38 hours per week
- Monthly rostered day off

We are offering an attractive weekly remuneration from $1,141 to $1,257 plus 11% Superannuation.

This position will attract allowances in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023, this could include the Adverse Working Conditions Level Allowance & First Aid Allowance.
