We are currently seeking a receptionist who is reliable, organised and friendly to join our accounting practice in Liverpool NSW.

We have a relaxed, team-based environment and are family friendly.

This role will include general administrative tasks with onsite training provided. This is a team-based role and you will be reporting to other administrative assistants and management daily.

- Working knowledge of office equipment such as telephones, printers, and copiers
- Be punctual, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in Office 365, Word, Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in an accounting office or professional office is desirable

**Responsibilities include**:

- General front office management of reception area
- General Administrative tasks including, receive inbound calls, schedule meetings, meeting clients and visitors at reception.
- Scanning and electronic filing of documents
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and other government agencies
- Administration Support to team and other duties required by management (including work processing, data entry, uploading work to our database and workflow system and other tasks)

We are conveniently located in Liverpool close to major shopping centres and multiple transport hubs.
