**About the company**
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a **Federal Government Agency** to engage an APS4 Governance/Contract Management Officer. This position is located in their busy ACT** **office for an initial **12-month contract.**

**About the Position**
Support governance and compliance administration activities. They will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, administer day-to-day governance and compliance tasks, and assist the team with panel management tasks.

**Duties**
- Undertake Seller compliance activities with limited supervision, performing corrective actions and resolve issues as they arise.
- Daily Seller compliance task processing (insurance certification, Statement of Tax Record, and labour hire license checks
- Provide administrative and secretariat support, and document preparation.
- Participate in and contribute to monthly team activities.
- Assist with reporting activities on team performance.
- Draft and maintain Work Instructions.
- Assist with Branch risk administration.
- Contribute to the team’s mandate of continual improvement to optimise governance and risk management.
- Be responsible for the achievement of own outcomes, assisting with Team deliverables, BAU and project activities.
- Manage relationships with Buyers, Sellers, and internal Stakeholder.

**Requirements/Skills**
- Security Clearance level required: Baseline (or ability to obtain and maintain).
- Must be an Australian Citizen
