APG is currently seeking an experienced Spatial Officer for a 6 Month contract within a Parramatta Government Sector.
- **Pay Rate: $60.00 Per Hour + Super**:

- **Parramatta**:

- **6 Month Contract with high possibility of extension**

**Primary Purpose of the Role**
- Working with Schools infrastructure NSW
- Survey grounds and school facilities
- Working in a team of surveyors
- Mark up dimensions of floor plans
- Work on new school buildings and exciting schools
- 3 days in the field - locations around Sydney
- 2 days based in office/WFH
- Parramatta + Wollongong office locations available

**Essential criteria**
- Experience with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, Access
- Ability to do long hours walking school sites, holding Tablets for long periods of time
- Ability to use Leica Disto for measuring distances
- Good attention to detail, counting assets within a space
- Experience in reading plans
- Use of PDF Markup software
- Experience in Microstation for Drafting of data
- Building surveyor background
- Willingness to capture data
- Knowledge of Microsoft access
- CAD background
- Willing to obtain WWCC
