Operations Analyst

- The Accounts & Transfer Services team consists of 13 people, all based in Melbourne
- Out work includes onboarding new accounts, maintenance of exisiting accounts, transferring assets and reconcilitations

Your Role
- Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completion
- Onboarding new clients including knowledge of documentation requirements and AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer) verification checks
- Recording of static data into systems including updating client’s personal information, account classifications, account products and services
- Processing account closures and deceased estates (probate/will)
- Processing of asset transfers (domestic/international equities, domestic/international fixed income, managed funds and bonds) according to client instructions and market deadlines
- Processing asset cost bases
- Liaison with custodians and business partners
- Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

Your skills & experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operations within Financial Services
- A good understanding and knowledge of Australian Financial Markets
