This is an exceptional Investment Operations Analyst position, working for a highly-regarded super fund based in Melbourne on an initial 9-month contract, with a strong potential to be promoted to a permanent position pending performance.

This is an Investment Operations Analyst although works across a broad range of functions including unit pricing, fund reporting, tax reporting, and extensive custody interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Unit Pricing
  • Data Management Reporting
  • Performance Reporting
  • Taxation and Accounting
  • Fees and Investment Costs
  • Implementation
  • Broad Contribution to Investments.
  • Oversight and point of contact for outsourced service providers

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of unit pricing and investment accounting highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate for this role would be an applicant with several years of fund administration, custody operations or asset management middle office experience – ideally within a direct Investment Operations role.
  • This position has a fair amount of interaction with their external custodian, thus the candidate must be comfortable in coordinating instructions to the custodian and checking on asset & cash movements.
