We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge HR technology and collaborate with top-tier clients to deliver exceptional solutions.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Leverage your expertise in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Learning to provide comprehensive functional support.
- Perform configurations, including Calculated Fields and Custom Reports, to meet clients specific needs.
- Collaborate in solution design to create tailored Workday solutions that align with client requirements.
- Be versatile by working across multiple Workday modules, adapting to project needs.
- Independently gather requirements from clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs.
- Be open to working on both implementation (Phase X) and post-production support projects.
- If necessary, lead and manage a team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, building trust through exceptional service.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions, both internally and with stakeholders.

You are a Workday Functional Consultant with 2- 5 years of experience who thrives on delivering top-notch solutions and building lasting client relationships, As an experienced **Workday HCM** **Consultant** you know how to deliver end-to-end functional solutions to clients, ensuring their HR and business processes run smoothly within the Workday platform and are looking to grow your career with us.
