Starling Services are urgently looking for **COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER** **in the market who are interested in working with us for a long term contract job opportunity

If you are a highly passionate, motivated and qualified **COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER**, who has all the required documents to get started and looking for a great work/life balance, we are interested in hearing from you

**_ Essential Criteria_**
- Contribute to commercial negotiations with APO service delivery partners ensuring any variations meet value for money assessments
- Responsible for establishing and managing strategic governance meetings
- Responsible for developing and monitoring service credit frameworks, as outlined in the contract(s)
- Provide insights and input into forward planning for processing operations planning and benchmarking
- Participate in daily operational stand-ups with service delivery partners, where required
- Establish and manage operational and governance meetings with service delivery partners, including providing feedback on quality and planning requirements
- Identify and manage (inc escalation where necessary) of issues and risks
- Other duties as required to support the APO in it's commercial relationship management with it's key service delivers partners
