We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Geelong, Victoria. The Sales Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with our client and driving sales growth within the Geelong and Victoria regions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client, serving as the primary point of contact for their sales and service needs.
- Collaborate with the client to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Drive new business sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of the company.
- Conduct regular face to face sales visits to customers throughout Geelong and Victoria, promoting the company’s products and solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, leveraging data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in the automotive lubricants market to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives results and achieves business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably in the automotive, lubricants, paper, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Geelong and Victoria as needed.

**Desirable**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
