Our federal government client is seeking a highly motivated Junior User Experience Designer to work in a Drupal CMS/Java script environment with prototyping in Figma to design digital interactions for a range of audience cohorts and across a range of platforms and devices.

As a Junior User experience designer, your responsibilities will include: Designing, implementing and reporting on user experience research.Eliciting requirements and preferences from stakeholders.Designing user interactions and interfaces which meet business and audience needs.Engaging broadly across disciplines to ensure all relevant functional, quality and compliance criteria are captured.
The successful candidate must have:

Familiarity with UI design techniques and knowledge of basic design principles such as UCD, prototyping and concept-testing.Understand the requirements of a design brief, and is able to follow instructions to accurately implement templates.Be able to take on user feedback to iteratively improve designs.Show initiative, responsibility and good judgement in delivering the work brief.
