**Work Location: Perth - **Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

**Roster**:Monday to Friday

As an Immigration Advisor at Fortescue, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of visa and work permit requirements for our employees. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of immigration policies and procedures, and effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on immigration regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws and policies
- Collaborate with employees and departments to ensure accurate and complete submission of required materials
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies and immigration authorities
- Communicate effectively to address inquiries, resolve issues, and stay informed about changes in immigration laws
- Work closely with HR, legal, and other relevant departments to obtain necessary information for immigration processes
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations
- Generate and maintain accurate records and reports related to visa and work permit activities

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in immigration coordination or a related role.
- Registered Migration Agent advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
