Brad has always had a vision for bigger and better things and he learned early on that doing things the conventional way is not always the best way. A great example of this was his choice of sport - ice hockey - in Australia. At the age of 15 he made the big decision to leave school in Perth and live in Canada while attending an ice hockey school. This was a major turning point in Brad’s hockey career as he went on to play for Australia in 2006 -2009. Playing sport at an elite level teaches you many things but mostly importantly for business, it taught Brad the importance of commitment, hard work and tenacity.

**Who are you?**

Well, in addition to having general building knowledge, tiling knowledge or even plumbing knowledge, we're looking for somebody that is a natural at sales to home owners looking to revive their showers. If you have any of that and people generally describe you as:

- Intelligent and a quick learner;
- Articulate and able to help people feel confident about the solution;
- A genuinely good asker of questions and a listener;
- You're a confident communicator - whether in the office or on site;
- You're driven. You love to achieve. **Kicking sales goals is your jam**;
- You know when to close - and you **do - without being pushy**;
- Being stuck in an office drives you insane;
- You know that 'ad-lib is for amateurs' - you love a consistent sales process;
- You're optimistic and resilient - but nobody's fool;
- Meeting the customer's needs is important - but you'll stand your ground when appropriate;
- You're self-motivated and **self-managing**:

- You make decisions based on facts and objective measures.

**The gig? Simple really... **You'll be selling regrouting services, predominately showers, to homeowners of all ages and genders. Your appointments will be primarily all south of the river, to Ipswich and potentially down to the GC on certain days depending on demand. The day-to-day will look like:

- Respond to a steady volume of inbound enquiries;
- Build and run social campaigns to generate more enquiries;
- Attend site visits, assess the clients' needs, conduct measurements;
- Prepare and submit quotes;
- Secure new clients;
- Suggest and develop new initiatives and campaigns to increase lead flow;
- Keep the CRM up-to-date.
