**What will you be doing in this role**:

- Manage all property marketing campaigns
- Create artwork via templates and manage approval deadlines
- Prepare branded sales presentations
- Prepare open home packs
- Oversee sales file compliance to meet legislative requirements
- Manage the brand quality control
- Co-ordinate and execute social media strategies
- Manage company google business profile
- Upload new listings online
- Provide admin support to the team as required
- Manage all concierge duties; answer phones, greet guests
- Order office supplies and keep the office tidy
- Coordinate PR opportunities
- Two years experience in a real estate Marketing Coordinator role
- Experience using Trello, Canva, Google Business preferable
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines
- Confident with social media marketing
- A collaborative team player
- A creative mindset, always evolving with new trends
- Holding a Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- Full Australian work rights
