**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with underwriting business and review submissions to determine risk levels.
- Conduct research to inform risk assessment and contribute to business planning and forecasting.
- Determine appropriate risk premiums based on sector risk, reinsurance cessions, and administrative costs.
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding insurance and risk management matters.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and brokers.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their insurance needs promptly and effectively.
- Implement new and renewed accounts in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of underwriters, underwriting assistants, and management.
- Monitor claims and contribute valuable insights during the settlement process.

**What experience will you have?**
- Preferred experience within the insurance field (although not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
