Laundy Hotels are seeking a Venue Manager to join the team at Park House, in Mona Vale. At Park House Mona Vale, we've infused each space with the vibrant essence of the Northern Beaches. From the welcoming Front Yard to the lively Garden Bar and every spot in between, our venue embraces a diverse range of experiences - whether it's gathering with friends, spending quality time with family, supporting your favourite team, or enjoying a cozy meal for two or a group of ten.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the General Manager, as the Venue Manager at Park House, Mona Vale you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Have control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all events
- In charge of shift operations from setup, running and close down of the venue
- Training & onboarding, daily management and shift lead the venue team
- Work as part of the venue leadership team to instil culture of world class customer service
- Day and night shift reports
- Security of venue
- WHS knowledge
- Implementing policies and procedures within venue
