The Role

You will report directly to the Executive Chef and be responsible for assisting with menu creation, recipe development, and kitchen management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the speciality section
  • Assist with menu creation, recipe development, and kitchen management
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality control
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
