We seeking a Precision Farming Manager to lead our RDO precision Ag team in their support of both our customers and dealership staff. This role will be based out of Toowoomba.

We would like to hear from you if you have industry experience in;
- Agronomy, Agrbusiness, Crop Production or Ag Mechanisation, and
- People Managment, for developing and supporting a team to excel.

The key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to;
- Leading, managing and coordinating the execution of the company Precision Ag strategy through a team of Precision Farming Specialists
- Implementing customer and dealership staff training and support strategies on John Deere Precision Ag solutions
- Works with RDO’s key account customers to identify Precision Ag solutions applicable to their agribusiness and manage the dealership delivery of these.
- Manages relationships with supply chain partners and collaborative strategies with aligned Precision Ag solutions

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- Practical experience in & basic knowledge of crop production and agronomy;
- Practical experience in &/or understanding of agricultural mechanisation advantageous;
- Solid organisational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers
